Project Narrative

Perched above Park Avenue, this duplex residence seamlessly blends classic elegance with contemporary refinement. Thoughtful architectural details and bespoke elements shape a sophisticated urban retreat, where a vaulted library with straw marquetry paneling and a pyrite mantelpiece offers a refined sanctuary. An intimate bar, wrapped in coral-lacquer paneling beneath a gilded ceiling, creates a striking setting for entertaining. Expansive windows frame captivating city views, enhancing the connection between the interior and its metropolitan surroundings. Designed as a dialogue between tradition and modernity, this home offers an elevated living experience in the heart of New York City.
